Shipping
Unless otherwise specified by you, we will ship all orders via UPS ground or US Postal Service. The maps which are printed to order and take about a week to prepare will take about two weeks for you to receive your shipment. Overseas shipping is available via U.S. Postal Service, but there are size restrictions in some countries and USPS does not deliver to every location. We will inform you by email if your package cannot be delivered, and we will refund any money paid.
Payment Options
We accept online payments in US dollars from VISA and MASTERCARD via secure on-line submission or by phone to our toll-free number. You may use PAYPAL to submit your order using your AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER cards or your PayPal account. Overseas customers may have to use PayPal or money orders in U.S. dollars.
Sales Tax
Residents of California will be charged 7.25% sales tax which will be automatically applied when you place your order. Residents of other states do not pay sales tax at the present time.

Return Policy
You may return any item you ordered from Archival Maps within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the entire amount of your purchase less shipping costs. Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned goods. To return any item, please follow the instructions below:
Indicate the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper, include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS insured for return shipment. If the goods are damaged in the return shipment, you will have to obtain a refund from UPS. If you no longer have the packing slip, please indicate the catalog order number on a separate piece of paper and return the package to:

Damaged Goods Policy
If the item is damaged in shipment, both UPS and U.S. Postal Service require that you have the original packaging and padding available for inspection. We will replace any damaged goods at no cost, but we may require return of the damaged merchandise.
